I've developed these presets based off of my own personal workflows. These include tools for local adjustments and even colors. Below is a video on how to install the different types of presets available. If you'd like to watch my general workflow in the absence of presets then head on over to the videos page to learn more.
The Muted Collection is a group of presets meant to soften up your images with altering their color palette in different areas. Not every image will have the same reaction to any presets, however, this will give you a head start with your editing. There are subtle differences with each preset and you’ll be able to explore how each of these will transform your own images.
This package gives you two groups of presets to work with: Focus and Color. With focus you can use a few of my own presets I use for pop, and general contrast. With the color set you’ll be able to apply my typical color scheme based off the lighting conditions (Day, Shade, Cloudy, or Evening).
The color set includes 4 presets to achieve my basic color scheme in different lighting conditions. They can be used however you wish. The Focus set gives you 10 different ways to get general focus on your subject. Together there are 14 presets in this package.
The first edition of the film pack was designed to give more variation to your existing toolkit. Some of your existing presets can even work with the film presets so you can create even more types of ranges by mixing and matching.
This kit is built to help you export your images for a few of the most popular social media sites. You have the choice to have the highest resolution, or to trim it down a bit to curtail photo theft. I typically just allow the high resolution social media posts since even if they were taken, they’re no where near print quality. However, the option is still there for you to make your own decision. For this package I felt that it can be included with any other preset package. Normally it's $5.
For getting the details just right there is my Local Adjustment Presets. These will help bring out the details in your subject’s eyes, hair, and clothing. There are also presets for enhancing your bokeh, textures, and even stormy skies. There are also a couple of presets used that help create light tricks.
There are a total of 15 presets in this package.
The Contrast & Light package is a set of tools meant to extrapolate more details with general settings. It contains two different types of vignettes compared to the original Focus & Color package as well as a general sharpening tool with adjustments for X-Trans sensors (like the ones found in Fujifilm cameras) and Bayer sensors (like the ones found in Sony, Nikon, Canon, etc.). There are also two different Grain tools to get you started in the realm of creating a more film look to your images. There is also a “Film Base” to help add a subtle film look without getting into the Film Packs. All together there are 11 tools available for you to apply and tweak. Combine this with the Muted collection to get optimum results.
